Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of design and AI. You’ll act as the human in the loop for our AI image generation workflows—prompting, refining, and enhancing images that support the content strategies of founders, CEOs, and executives.

You’ll work closely with our content team to:

• Conceptualize visuals that match each client’s personal brand and voice
• Generate base imagery through AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Nano Banana, Freepik, Midjourney, DALL-E etc)
• Touch up and finalize images in Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator

Build and maintain a template library that scales content production across multiple clients

Responsibilities

• Develop creative prompts and visual directions for AI image generation

Review and edit AI-generated images for composition, color, and tone to match client cisual strategy

• Design graphics and templates for carousels, posts, thumbnails, and marketing visuals
• Collaborate with the content team to turn abstract ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
• Maintain an organized visual asset library and naming system
• Help define and improve the “human-in-the-loop” workflow for AI image production

What You’ll Need

• Strong portfolio of design work across digital and social formats
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Runway)
• Creative problem-solving and ability to visualize ideas from text prompts
• High attention to detail and a good sense for composition, balance, and tone
• Bonus: Motion design or short-form AI video generation or editing experience
