About the Role
Barron Equipment is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll design engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and our website—helping to elevate our brand and connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
· Create graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads.
· Develop creative concepts and templates for posts, stories, and ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
· Edit and optimize images, videos, and multimedia content for brand consistency and maximum impact.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
· Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine design strategies and improve campaign performance.
· Maintain and update the company’s digital asset library.
· Support product launches and promotions with custom graphics and social media content.
· Report weekly to the Marketing Supervisor on design projects and campaign results.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities
· Respond to inquiries on social media platforms, providing excellent customer service.
· Coordinate with other departments to gather product information for visual materials.
· Occasionally assist with product photography for digital and social media content.
Qualifications
· Strong organizational and technological skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
· Experience in graphic design for social media through education and/or internships.
· Familiarity with CRM & ERP software is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule
· Office environment, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.
· Occasionally lifts 10–20 lbs (equipment, materials).
· May travel to other company locations for photo shoots or team meeting
