About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join us in Bengaluru as part of our global Marketing & Communications team. This team plays a key role in shaping the company’s brand identity and communicating our value to clients, prospects, and colleagues across the world. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute creative design solutions that drive engagement and deliver impact across multiple channels.

As a Graphic Designer in Bengaluru, you will create high-quality marketing materials ranging from sales decks and board-level presentations to social media graphics, website assets, and digital campaign materials. Your work will directly support business growth and leadership communications, ensuring our brand is consistently represented with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials including presentations, sales decks, board materials, LinkedIn graphics, website banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop engaging creative assets for social media and digital campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to website design updates and improvements, with hands-on involvement in Wordpress where needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver materials that are both visually compelling and commercially effective.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control across all design outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Manage and organize design files, templates, and creative resources for use across the business.
  • Stay current with design trends, particularly in digital and presentation design, and bring new ideas into the team’s creative output.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a corporate marketing or communications environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work on sales and corporate presentations, social media graphics, digital assets, and web-related design.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress with experience updating and creating website content.
  • Excellent design skills with a solid foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce polished, professional materials under tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues across multiple departments and seniority levels.
  • A self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.
