SoftScience Tech is a B2B fintech solution provider specializing in all kinds of TSP (Technology Service Provider) related products by partnering with Banks / PAPG license holders thereby solidifying Banking (API), Financial & Verification ecosystems.

We are creating a unified open platform to seamlessly bring all API solution on a single dashboard for ease of transaction and analytics for our set of clients. With a strong focus on creativity and precision, we are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who can bring impactful visuals to strengthen our brand presence across social media, website, and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, website content, marketing materials, and digital promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Work closely with the content and web teams to create cohesive visual stories.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing visuals, and creative tools.
• Travel to other company offices (out of station) when required for project coordination, shoots, or marketing events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across social media, website, and marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising creatives.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
