Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Million Tech Private Limited.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Canva to create engaging proposals, social media posts, and marketing materials. In addition to design expertise, the candidate should understand lead generation strategies and be able to create visuals that attract and convert potential clients.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design graphics that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design proposals, marketing materials, and social media creatives using Canva and other design tools.
• Create visually appealing graphics for websites, ads, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce lead generation-focused visuals that increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Support campaign launches with high-quality visual content.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital design and online marketing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure design goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in Canva (essential) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of lead generation design principles and conversion-oriented marketing.
• Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Extra Skills (Plus):

• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital ad design.
• Experience with basic video editing or animation.
• Familiarity with SEO, branding, and web design principles.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience).

Working Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
