Job Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and creativity. Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of experience, this job offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to exciting design projects. You'll assist the design team in creating visually appealing assets for both digital and print mediums, while developing your skills and building your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior designers to create graphics for marketing materials, including social media visuals, website assets, email templates, and print materials.

● Brand Support: Help ensure designs align with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.

● Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance design concepts and visual storytelling.

● Editing & Retouching: Assist in photo editing, illustration work, and the refinement of design elements for various platforms.

● File Organization: Manage and organize design files, ensuring everything is properly labeled and easy to access for future use.

● Learning Opportunity: Gain exposure to various design workflows and software, with mentorship from senior designers to develop your technical and creative skills.

Requirements:

● Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Experience: 0-1 years of professional design experience, including internships, freelance work, or personal projects.

Skills:

○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.

○ Basic understanding of design principles like typography, color theory, and layout.

○ Strong creativity and ability to think visually.

○ A keen eye for detail and quality.

○ Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

○ A portfolio showcasing your work (this can include academic projects, personal projects, or freelance work).
