Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in advertising poster design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand posters for digital and print advertising campaigns, promotions, and events. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact posters for online and offline marketing campaigns (social media, print ads, billboards, events, etc.)
  • Work with marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and target audience.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
  • Ensure all poster designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver print-ready and web-optimized files.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio focused on ad/poster design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
  • Understanding of color theory, branding, and marketing principles.
  • Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing posters for various industries (e.g., retail, events, entertainment).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their design requirements (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Video editing or animation skills (a plus, not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
