Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining visually compelling designs across digital and print media. This role ensures brand consistency and quality across all creative assets, including packaging, marketing collateral, website graphics, and presentations. Working closely with the Art Director and cross-functional teams, the Graphic Designer transforms concepts into production-ready artwork that aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and composition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and refine branded digital and print assets, including advertisements, flyers, signage, packaging, brochures,
  • Ensure all artwork aligns with brand standards
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors
  • Edit, and repurpose photography for marketing materials, product visuals, and campaigns.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and design assets
  • Work closely with the Director and internal teams on design projects and campaign rollouts.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, branding, or consumer product environment.
  • Proven experience preparing production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
  • Familiarity with packaging design, print processes

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Skilled in preparing press-ready files, managing color profiles, and ensuring design accuracy across media.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into polished, on-brand visuals.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
