Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

Turain Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Digital Team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create visually engaging content for digital and marketing platforms. You should have a strong design portfolio, proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for exploring AI tools that enhance creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original layouts, graphics, and illustrations for web and print.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD for visual creation.
• Leverage AI-enabled features (e.g., generative fill, auto selection, text-to-vector) to improve design workflow.
• Stay updated with modern design and AI trends (Adobe Firefly, Illustrator AI tools, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
• Mentor junior designers and share design best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Software Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• AI Knowledge: Familiar with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and multi-platform design.
• Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small design team.
