Objective of the Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that strengthen the brand’s storytelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. This role requires 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of modern digital design trends. The ideal candidate will translate ideas into visuals that engage, inform, and inspire.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Visual Creation
- Create eye-catching graphics for digital marketing, social media, presentations, and other brand touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful visuals that align with the brand’s identity and communication goals.
- Design assets for both online and print use, maintaining consistency across mediums.
2. Branding & Identity
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand materials.
- Ensure that all designs reflect the brand’s tone, colors, and style guidelines.
- Support in the creation of templates, brand kits, and visual frameworks.
3. Marketing & Social Media Assets
- Design creative assets for social media posts, ads, newsletters, banners, thumbnails, presentations & more.
- Adapt visuals for various platforms and optimize them for different dimensions and formats.
- Work with the marketing team to create visuals that drive engagement and align with campaigns.
4. Photography & Visual Content
- Support photography needs — capturing, editing, and enhancing photos for marketing and team culture visuals.
- Maintain consistent quality and aesthetic across all brand imagery.
5. Collaboration & Feedback
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative ideas.
- Manage feedback effectively and deliver polished final outputs within timelines.
6. Creative Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and appealing.
- Bring new ideas for layouts, color usage, typography, and storytelling through design.
7. Project Management
- Handle multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and speed.
- Organize design files and maintain an efficient workflow for content creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or tech/SaaS brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, layout, and branding work.
Technical Skills Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
- (Optional) Knowledge of Canva, Lightroom, or XD
- Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and retouching.
- Familiarity with social media formats, digital trends, and creative best practices.
- Ability to create content optimized for different digital channels.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
