About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Team Lead � Motion who can lead, inspire, and elevate our video and motion graphics function. This is not just a creative execution role�it is a leadership position where you will drive innovation, set industry benchmarks, and collaborate closely with top management and cross-functional teams.

You will be the guiding force for the team�mentoring designers, motion artists, and editors while ensuring high-impact creative outputs. With strong awareness of evolving trends and the transformative role of AI in motion design, you will help shape the future of our creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Knowhow
  
  • AI Leadership to deliver from Ideas to Execution using AI Tools
  • Lead and mentor the motion, animation, video & Script Writers team. Experience of working in or working with Production house and bringing those skill sets to elevate the videos scripts.
  • Set high standards of creativity and professionalism, acting as a role model.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.

• 
  Creative Direction & Execution
  
  • Conceptualize, Ideate for video ideas, reels, case study, product launch across B2C & B2B Technology clients.
  • AI Videos scaling from scripting to storyboarding to delivery using 90%+ Ai & 10% old school intervention.
  • Strong Old School Traits: Conceptualize and deliver impactful video, animation, and motion graphics content using old school softwares.
  Push boundaries with new techniques, technologies, and creative styles.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  
  • Work closely with the copy, design, brand, and strategy teams to bring integrated ideas to life.
  • Partner with top management to align creative vision with business objectives.
  Adapt ideas across diverse platforms�digital, social, experiential, and more.
  
• Innovation & Trendspotting
  • Stay ahead of global design, video, and motion graphics trends.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows.
  Proactively suggest new methods of storytelling and execution.
  
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
  
  • Balance creative ambition with practical execution.
  • Offer solutions in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Translate business needs into compelling visual narratives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in AI, Ideation, motion graphics, video, and animation.
• Ability to balance �jack-of-all-trades� versatility with deep expertise in AI & motion graphics.
• Experience of working in or working with Production House is a must.
• Strong leadership qualities with prior experience in managing creative teams.
• Advanced knowledge of design, animation, and editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and how they impact the future of the industry.
• Exceptional conceptualization, storytelling, and visualization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to work across diverse teams.
