Brand & Campaign Design

● Design social creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn: Reels covers, carousels, single posts, and Stories.

● Create digital ads and web assets: banners, hero graphics, landing page visuals, email/WhatsApp creatives, product imagery.

● Build and maintain brand systems and templates across sub-brands (Refurbr, Serverstore, Comprint, Rentr), ensuring consistency and accessibility. Motion Design & Video Collaboration

● Produce motion graphics packages: intros/outros, lower thirds, animated titles, overlays, transitions.

● Partner with the Cinematographer & Video Editor to elevate footage through pacing, captions, and motion treatments that drive retention. YouTube Thumbnails & CTR Uplift

● Own a “thumbnail lab”: create 2–3 variants per video, run tests, and iterate to lift CTR.

● Develop strong visual hooks: bold typography, high contrast, 2–4 word phrases, clear subject isolation. Asset Management & QA

● Maintain a structured asset library: versioning, naming conventions, tagging, licensed fonts and media.

● Ensure exports meet platform specs and performance best practices (safe zones, file size, readability on mobile).

● Uphold brand and compliance standards (OEM logo usage, claims accuracy, accessibility). AI-Accelerated Creative

● Use AI tools to speed workflows: background removal, upscaling, auto-captioning, design variations, and motion templates.

● Document learnings and create reusable kits for faster production. Collaboration & Delivery

● Work closely with Content/Copy on hooks and messaging alignment.

● Partner with Social on rapid-turnaround trend assets and UGC/influencer collabs.

● Hit production SLAs: same-day for P0 priorities, 48h for standard social assets, 3–5 days for complex motion packages. What You’ll Ship Monthly (typical)

● 40–60 multi-platform assets (mix of carousels, single posts, banners, email/WhatsApp creatives).

● 8–12 motion assets or short edits.

● 8–12 YouTube thumbnail variants across podcasts and product reviews.

● Reusable template packs and updated brand libraries.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

● Thumbnail CTR improvement: +15–25% vs baseline within 8–12 weeks.

● Asset delivery on time: ≥95% within SLA; average revisions ≤2 rounds.

● Engagement uplift on designed assets: saves/shares and watch-time improvements where applicable.

● Template reuse rate and production velocity month-over-month.

● Brand compliance score ≥95% on quarterly audits.

Requirements :-

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● 3+ years in digital design with demonstrated motion/video editing experience.

● Strong portfolio across social campaigns, ads, and motion work; examples of YouTube thumbnails are a plus.

● Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere), and Figma.

● Experience designing for mobile-first consumption and accessibility (contrast, captioning, font sizes, alt text guidance).

● Comfortable working in fast cycles with feedback, testing, and data-led iterations. Preferred Qualifications :-

● Experience in IT/tech categories (products like laptops, desktops, servers) and marketplace/commerce visuals.

● Understanding of performance design principles (hooks, hierarchy, CTA clarity, landing page visual structure).

● Familiarity with color pipelines, export codecs, and social platform specs.

● Basic knowledge of 3D/lighting or camera raw workflows is a bonus. AI Proficiency

● Hands-on with Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, RunwayML, and CapCut/Auto-caption tools.

● Able to create and standardize AI-assisted workflows for speed without sacrificing quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
