What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse — a detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who’s fluent in visual storytelling and passionate about crafting impactful, memorable designs. You’ll be an integral part of our design team, shaping how Darkex communicates through brand, marketing, content, and product.

💡 Location Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Relocation to Tirana, Albania is required.

Qualifications:

An excellent command of written and spoken English

Having 3+ years of experience in relevant positions

Passion for marketing and enjoyment of the design side

A strong sense of creativity and teamwork

Proficiency in project management

Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects), Google Slides, and other relevant design tools. Experience using generative AI tools for image and video generation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all marketing campaign designs strictly adhere to Darkex's visual identity and brand guidelines

Create and adapt both static content to support marketing initiatives across all channels

Quickly and accurately implement design requests and revisions from the design leads

Prepare visual assets (graphics, videos) for publication on social media, digital ads, email marketing, and banners

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency of all design outputs

Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local market needs while ensuring compliance with commercial and legal regulations

Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and are error-free before publication.

Monitor the performance of visual content and incorporate feedback to optimize future designs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with 3D modelling and animation in Cinema 4D.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g. AfterEffects) is a plus
• Experience with generative AI tools for design (e.g. MidJourney, Firefly)
• Illustration or icon design skills
• Experience in branding and creating design systems
• Knowledge of print production processes

Relocation Support: Flight ticket, visa fees, and full visa sponsorship covered by the company.

Housing Support: Accommodation provided during the 2-month probation period.
