Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design creative graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
- Create layouts, logos, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and appeal.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use.
- Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Knowledge of video editing or animation is a plus.
