Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to design engaging content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing posts, stories, and creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create marketing collaterals, banners, and campaign visuals in line with brand guidelines.

Edit and enhance short-form videos and reels for digital use.

Work on Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools to deliver high-quality output.

Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm new design ideas.

Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all visual communications.

Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital storytelling techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing agency.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing software (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Canva Video).

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Ability to think creatively and adapt designs to suit various industries and brand styles.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging digital content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
