About the Role:

Spixels Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over Adobe Illustrator for print-ready artworks and should also be adept at designing digital creatives for social media. If you have an eye for aesthetics, a good sense of trends, and the ability to bring ideas to life through design, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality printable designs such as brochures, packaging, banners, and other marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator.
• Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts, stories, and ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns and deliver creative assets.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media aesthetics, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, alignment, and attention to detail in every design.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand design requirements and feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setup.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of print production processes.
• Creativity with attention to layout, color, and typography.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Awareness of current design and social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
