Job Description – (Graphics Designer)

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and videos to showcase real estate properties.
• Collaborate with the team to develop consistent branding for projects.
• Design marketing materials like brochures and digital assets.
• Produce engaging presentations for client meetings.
• Work with real estate agents and marketing professionals to align design with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or diploma holder in Graphic Design; a degree in Animation or Fine Arts is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, and social media content with a focus on real estate projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects Pro (For Creating 2D Creative); Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Corel Draw; Adobe Premiere Pro (For Compiling GIFs); Final Cut Pro (For Creating basic video creative out of still assets) and video editing software.
• Familiarity with design trends, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and interact confidently with others.

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Coral Draw
• Adobe Premier
• After Effect

Personality Traits:

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
