Primary duties & Responsibilities

1.Comprehensive Visual Management
  • Oversee and execute all graphic design projects, including posters, outdoor hoardings,
  • website visuals, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all company entities.
  • Manage video production projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all visual design and video production needs.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, including design files and video footage.
2.Video Editing and Production
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing, promotions, and internal
  • communications using DaVinci Resolve.
  • Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content.
  • Maintain and organize video files and digital assets.
3. Event Media Works & Support
  • Oversee all media-related tasks for Abate Group events.
  • Create video content for LED backdrops and event promotions.
  • Design and develop stage backdrop flex for corporate events.
  • Provide on-site media support during events.
4.Videography (5%)
  • Capture professional-quality video footage at corporate events and promotional shoots.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality output.
  • Plan and execute structured video shoots based on project needs.
5. Marketing Plan Assistance (10%)
  • Assist in developing monthly and yearly strategic marketing plans.
  • Provide creative input and visual strategy recommendations for marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing-related visual assets as per campaign requirements.
  • Any other work assigned by higher authorities
