Graphic Designer

At CinnaRoast, we’re not just about cinnamon roasted nuts — we’re about creating a brand experience that looks as good as it tastes. As we grow into festivals, markets, and retail spaces, we’re looking for a talented and hands-on Graphic Artist to bring our visual identity to life.

This isn’t just a sit-at-the-computer design role — we need someone who can take a concept from screen to reality, applying graphics to our tins, tents, signage, and more.

Your Role:
You’ll be our go-to for all things visual — creating, producing, and applying branded graphics across a range of materials and formats. If you’re creative but also love hands-on work, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design branded visuals for packaging, signage, tent banners, and promotional materials
• Apply graphics to tin lids and packaging
• Plot, print, laminate, and install vinyl graphics
• Create and produce tent banners, and “ballies”
• Manage print files and production timelines
• Ensure all graphics are consistent with the CinnaRoast brand aesthetic
• Source or liaise with suppliers for materials as needed

About You:

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with vinyl plotting, laminating, and application is helpful but will train the right person
• Strong understanding of print and production processes
• Comfortable working with hands-on tools and materials
• Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, branded execution
• Able to manage multiple design/production projects at once
