Job Overview
The Graphic Designer
is responsible for executing design projects with exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring that all visual materials are both aesthetically compelling and aligned with strategic brand objectives.
The Graphic Designer will independently create pitch decks and client presentation decks from scratch, taking full ownership of these projects through to submission or presentation. This role requires the ability to handle other design tasks autonomously, managing projects from inception to completion without relying on the creative team.
Core Responsibilities:

Create Visual Concepts and Graphic Design Materials:
Develop creative visual concepts and designs for a range of materials, including print collaterals, social media graphics, exhibitions, advertisements, and digital platforms.

Conceptualize and Present Visual Ideas:
Translate design requirements into innovative concepts, prepare rough drafts, and present design ideas for feedback and approval.

Design for Multiple Platforms:
Design and develop landing pages, newsletters, and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and formats.

Coordinate with Marketing and Development Teams:
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure designs meet brand standards, align with business goals, and support market development activities (e.g., social media, digital campaigns, events).

Manage Multiple Design Projects:
Oversee and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints while delivering high-quality work.

Maintain Design Databases and Resources:
Organize and update internal databases for design files, including photography, video, and other digital assets.

Provide Branding Solutions:
Develop comprehensive branding elements such as logos, visual identities, and brand collateral that communicate the company’s or client’s values and positioning effectively.

Continuous Process Improvement:
Analyze existing design processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement creative solutions to enhance design capabilities and workflow efficiency.

Adapt to Feedback and Evolving Business Needs:
Obtain input from stakeholders and ensure designs are accurate, meet organizational standards, and reflect the brand's identity appropriately.

Develop and Execute Creative Concepts:
Lead the creative development process, ensuring that all designs align with brand strategy and meet client objectives, across both digital and traditional media.
What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and brand identity development.

Proven track record of executing high-quality design projects across various mediums, including print, digital, and environmental design.

Extensive experience working within a creative team, particularly in collaboration with art directors and copywriters.

Demonstrated ability to independently build pitch decks and client presentation decks from scratch, with full ownership through to submission or presentation.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design work, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on projects.
