1. Concept Development
- Understand project requirements and objectives.
- Brainstorm and visualize creative ideas for marketing materials, websites, social media, print, and digital ads.
- Translate brand strategy into visual concepts that align with the company’s identity.
2. Design Creation
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media.
- Develop creatives for social media posts, brochures, logos, banners, packaging, presentations, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure designs maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, and tone.
3. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams, content writers, photographers, and web developers to produce cohesive visuals.
- Take creative direction and incorporate feedback from managers, clients, or stakeholders.
- Coordinate with printers or external vendors when required.
4. Technical Expertise
- Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, and After Effects.
- Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files in correct formats and resolutions.
- Keep up to date with design trends, new tools, and creative best practices.
5. Quality & Deadlines
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Review and proof designs for errors before publishing or printing.
- Ensure final outputs are aesthetically balanced, accurate, and effective.
6. Brand Identity Management
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external communications.
- Create templates and design systems that ensure brand consistency.
7. Innovation & Research
- Research competitors and market trends to design innovative and appealing visuals.
- Experiment with new design techniques and styles to enhance creativity.
