Key Responsibilities:

Ad Creatives:

  • Design visually compelling creatives for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Ensure all ad creatives align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

Social Media Posts:

  • Develop engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and story templates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to create relevant and appealing designs.

Website Banners & Assets:

  • Design homepage banners, product display images, and promotional graphics for the website.
  • Create campaign visuals that enhance the shopping experience.

Promotional Materials:

  • Design email banners, WhatsApp creatives, and SMS visuals to support marketing campaigns.
  • Create offline marketing materials like flyers, posters, and event branding, if needed.

Basic Video Editing:

  • Edit promotional videos, social media reels, and ad videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
  • Add animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality and engagement.

Brand Identity:

  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all content in alignment with Peora’s premium brand image.
  • Develop templates for recurring campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas for creative campaigns and ad visuals.

Tool Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other quick design tools for light editing tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years in graphic design, preferably in ecommerce or the jewellery/fashion category.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
  • Design Sense: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create innovative, visually striking designs.
  • Basic Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and understanding of short-form content for ads and social media.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
