Key Responsibilities:
Ad Creatives:
- Design visually compelling creatives for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Ensure all ad creatives align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Social Media Posts:
- Develop engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and story templates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Stay updated on social media trends to create relevant and appealing designs.
Website Banners & Assets:
- Design homepage banners, product display images, and promotional graphics for the website.
- Create campaign visuals that enhance the shopping experience.
Promotional Materials:
- Design email banners, WhatsApp creatives, and SMS visuals to support marketing campaigns.
- Create offline marketing materials like flyers, posters, and event branding, if needed.
Basic Video Editing:
- Edit promotional videos, social media reels, and ad videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Add animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
Brand Identity:
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all content in alignment with Peora’s premium brand image.
- Develop templates for recurring campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas for creative campaigns and ad visuals.
Tool Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with Canva or other quick design tools for light editing tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in graphic design, preferably in ecommerce or the jewellery/fashion category.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Design Sense: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create innovative, visually striking designs.
- Basic Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and understanding of short-form content for ads and social media.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
