Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
- Create visuals for SuperK App, website, and other digital platforms.
- Develop designs for in-store branding such as standees, danglers, and promotional posters.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into visual concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for various media channels.
- Stay updated with design trends and ensure fresh, creative ideas in every project.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and deliver cohesive creatives.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
