Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
  • Create visuals for SuperK App, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop designs for in-store branding such as standees, danglers, and promotional posters.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into visual concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for various media channels.
  • Stay updated with design trends and ensure fresh, creative ideas in every project.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand brand guidelines and deliver cohesive creatives.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
