Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Candidate should have their own Laptop with Adobe software (Premiere Pro preferred) and knowledge of Canva.*

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visual content to support marketing, branding, social media, and promotional initiatives across our salon network.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging graphics and visuals for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and emailers.

Create posters, banners, brochures, in-salon creatives, standees, and event collateral.

Support the marketing team with design requirements for campaigns, product launches, and salon promotions.

Ensure brand consistency across all design work, following Femina Flaunt’s brand guidelines.

Work on photo editing, retouching, and basic video edits (as needed).

Collaborate with the social media and operations teams to ensure timely execution of design projects.

Stay updated with current design trends in the fashion, beauty, and wellness industries.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
