We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to manage visual content creation for our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital marketing content including social media posts, banners, ads, reels thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, property layouts, signboards, and branding collateral.
• Collaborate with the team for photo/video shoots, concept development, and production planning.
• Develop and maintain visual brand identity guidelines across all company ventures.
• Edit and enhance photos/videos when required using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with marketing, management, and content teams to ensure timely and high-quality design delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media aesthetics, and market-based design strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Real Estate experience preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva (Premier Pro / After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related field.
