- Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets.
- Develop branding elements including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the content, strategy, and Account Manager teams to produce high-quality creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time while maintaining brand consistency and design quality.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital platforms.
- Produce motion graphics or simple animations when required (optional but a plus).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital designs and branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media formats, layouts, and creative best practices.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to deliver pixel-perfect outputs.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating ad creatives with a performance-driven approach.
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics.
- Illustration skills.
- Understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
