Graphic Designer

Brown & Green Advertising is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions across digital, print, and branding platforms. This is a key role that requires a proactive individual who can lead design projects from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative campaigns and design assets across digital and print.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to prepare pitch decks.
• Manage junior designers and provide creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Align design work with brand strategy and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design in the UAE.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into visually engaging designs.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing a wide range of work including branding, digital, and print designs.
• Knowledge of print production processes and supplier coordination in the UAE.
