Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer (1+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in creating branding assets, social media creatives, and print collaterals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creative thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Branding

• Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and visual style guides
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs

Social Media Creatives

• Design visually compelling posts, ads, reels covers, and campaign creatives
• Work with the content/marketing team to produce high-engagement graphics

Print Collaterals

• Create brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, etc.
• Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications and layouts

General Design Work

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
• Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media work, and print designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of layout principles, typography, and color theory
• Basic knowledge of UI design (optional but a plus)
• Ability to handle feedback and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with marketing teams
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
