About the Role

Delenzo Groups is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to develop visually appealing content for branding, marketing, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and print materials
• Develop logos, brochures, posters, banners, and digital ads
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute design requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and techniques
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual sense
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Fresh graduates with impressive portfolios are encouraged to apply
