About the Role

DOWC is looking for a chighly creative Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality visual content for marketing, product communication, and brand campaigns. While this role is primarily graphic-focused, having some experience or exposure in UI/UX will be an added advantage for collaborative projects.

While your primary focus will be on graphic design, experience with video editing is a strong bonus. You'll work closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life, ensuring our visuals are consistent, impactful, and on-brand.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually strong graphics for social media, presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, website banners, and product documentation.
• Develop brand-consistent layouts, typography, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to translate ideas into polished visual designs.
• Assist UI/UX designers when needed with basic wireframing or visual refinements (not mandatory).
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives with high attention to detail.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of strong experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma (basic level is fine).
• Strong understanding of color theory, layout design, typography, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to UI/UX design is a plus, not a primary requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing marketing collateral for tech or SaaS products.
• Ability to create motion graphics or short animated clips (nice to have).
• Basic UI sense to support simple screen mock-ups if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
