Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to create compelling social media graphics and video content that communicate our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging graphics and videos for various digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing assets for campaigns, ads, and learning promotions.
• Develop motion graphics, short videos, and reels that align with our brand voice and message.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Adapt and repurpose designs for different platforms and formats.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or EdTech.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media design principles and video content creation.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong storytelling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with online learning or education-based design content.
