Multiplus Decoration is a rapidly expanding interior design and fit-out company delivering complete design, build, and execution services. We are strengthening our branding and marketing efforts and are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content including social media posts, ads, brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and branding materials that reflect the company’s identity.
• Design and update company profiles, project portfolios, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Create visual assets for interior design projects, including mood boards, concept boards, and 2D layouts (if needed).
• Produce marketing content for digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and print materials.
• Edit and retouch images, adjust color correction, and enhance project photos.
• Coordinate with the marketing, SEO, and operations teams to meet design requirements.
• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct formats, sizing, and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• A solid portfolio showcasing branding, digital designs, and print work.
• Understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for digital marketing design.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative design ideas.
• Good understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
