Graphic Designer

• Graphic Design Creation: Design and produce a diverse range of graphic assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, print materials, digital ads, infographics, and branding collateral.
• Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages and align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Visual Branding and Identity: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints, including digital and print materials, by adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Typography and Layout Design: Create visually appealing layouts and compositions, incorporating typography, imagery, and colour theory to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Image Editing and Enhancement: Manipulate and retouch images to improve quality, consistency, and visual impact, ensuring that they meet project requirements and specifications.
• File Preparation and Production: Prepare print-ready and web-ready files, including specifications for various printing processes and digital platforms, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and project managers, to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our graphic assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design, preferably in crypto, blockchain, exchange, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively, while also contributing original ideas and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus but not required.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects across various mediums and platforms.
