Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Communications, and Academic Departments to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with institutional objectives.
  • Create and adapt design templates for various communication channels, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Work closely with the content and video teams to design digital assets for websites, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within established quality standards and project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative quality and innovation continuously.
  • Manage and organize design files, artwork archives, and brand assets for easy access and reusability.
  • Support event-related design needs, including invitations, backdrops, stage branding, and other visual collateral.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field .
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in education, corporate, or agency settings preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
