Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Communications, and Academic Departments to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with institutional objectives.

Create and adapt design templates for various communication channels, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Work closely with the content and video teams to design digital assets for websites, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within established quality standards and project deadlines.

Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve creative quality and innovation continuously.

Manage and organize design files, artwork archives, and brand assets for easy access and reusability.

Support event-related design needs, including invitations, backdrops, stage branding, and other visual collateral.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
.

2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in education, corporate, or agency settings preferred).

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
and other design tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
