Responsibilities:

• Design creative digital and print graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials, and branding.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual assets tailored to different project needs.
• Collaborate with PFTP’s marketing and training teams to produce cohesive and brand-aligned designs.
• Assist in basic UX/UI tasks: create wireframes or mockups in Figma when required.
• Edit and retouch images, ensuring visual quality and consistency in all assets.
• Meet project deadlines and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software.
• Basic or working knowledge of UX/UI concepts (at least ~15% familiarity).
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to balance multiple design tasks.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
