Job Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that enhance our

brand identity across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong

eye for detail, passionate about design, and capable of delivering high-quality work that aligns with

our brand vision.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development:

Create impactful visuals for digital and print assets, including presentations, brochures, social

media, marketing materials, and client proposals.


2. Brand Identity Development:

Develop comprehensive brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and

imagery.

Conceptualize creative designs that reflect the brand’s vision, values, and target audience.


3. Video Creation:

Produce engaging video content, including motion graphics, short clips, and promotional

videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.


4. Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute original designs

that effectively communicate our brand message.


5. Brand Consistency:

Uphold and refine brand identity across all media to maintain a cohesive and high-end

aesthetic.


6. Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting

project specifications.


7. Trend Integration:

Stay updated on design trends, especially within the luxury hospitality and F&B sectors, and

incorporate relevant elements into creative work.


8. Stakeholder Engagement:

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to enhance final outputs.


9. Production & Quality Control:

Prepare files for print production and maintain high-quality standards across all design

outputs.


10. Brand Evolution:

Continuously innovate and refresh brand visuals to keep the identity modern and relevant.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, branding, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro,
  • After Effects) or similar design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including brand identity, digital
  • content, and video.
  • Understanding of luxury branding and ability to create elegant, high-end designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality or F& B sector is a plus.
