Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to create visually appealing graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Designing visual content such as graphics, images, and videos for various social media channels.
• Coordinating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms.
• Planning and scheduling content ahead of time to ensure consistency and timely posting.
• Assisting influencers with content creation by providing ideas, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Create and maintain design assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and voice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch Up, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
