Graphic Designer

The role involves designing a variety of assets such as logos, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and more. You will collaborate with the Graphic Team Lead and other departments to ensure consistent, high quality designs that align with client and brand objectives.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, posters, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Graphic Team Lead to ensure designs meet client needs and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content, SMM, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging across campaigns.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring they are optimized for web, print, and social media.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create professional-grade graphics.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute to creative ideas.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to ensure innovative and fresh visuals.
• Communicate with clients to understand design briefs and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
