Job Description

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with creative pods, marketing teams, and clients to develop innovative design solutions that drive engagement and brand recognition.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and deliverables to meet 48–72 hour creative turnaround standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
  • Translate complex briefs into visually compelling designs, including brand identities, social media assets, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the agency’s creative direction and output.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are consistent, on-brand, and adhere to quality standards across various platforms and formats.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach in all projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, strategists, and project managers, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients and stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, digital, and print work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an office-based team setting.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to translate client briefs into innovative and effective visual solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent creative output.
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and openness to feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
