Job Role: Graphic Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Social Media Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, experience in designing content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, creatives, and visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create visually appealing posts, reels, thumbnails, banners, ads, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver brand-aligned designs.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital touchpoints.
• Adapt and optimize creatives for various formats and screen sizes.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas, design trends, and creative concepts.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Experience creating motion graphics or basic animations (preferred).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work.
