About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, videos, and innovative content.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to design impactful digital assets that stand out — while continuously experimenting with new tools, ideas, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Design high-quality graphics, social media creatives, and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

· Edit and create engaging short videos using Adobe Premiere Pro

· Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual concepts

· Explore and apply AI and prompt engineering techniques for image and video enhancement

· Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints

· Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and creative technologies

· Take feedback positively and adapt quickly within a collaborative team environment

Requirements

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro

· A good sense of visual composition, typography, and color

· Strong creativity and willingness to experiment with new design ideas

· Good spoken English — ability to communicate ideas clearly

· Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and trends

· Interest or experience in AI tools / prompt-based design workflows (e.g., Midjourney,

Firefly, Runway, etc.)

· Team player with the ability to adapt, bond, and contribute to a creative culture

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

· Basic understanding of motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, etc.)

· Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces

· Familiarity with content marketing or social media strategy
