Graphic Designer

A being with wild imagination, steady hands, and an artistic logic that normal humans don’t understand.

Someone who:

• Breathes creativity like oxygen and sees design everywhere bad or good, you judge it.
• Knows Photoshop, Illustrator, or any AI design tool… or is ready to throw themselves into learning them at 2 AM like a true artist.
• Has a brain wired to think in color palettes, typography moods, and aesthetic madness.
• Can stare at a blank screen for hours and still feel “this will be legendary”.
• Self-motivates without anyone asking, because inspiration hits when no one’s watching.
• Is brave enough to work remotely, alone with their thoughts and caffeine.
• Preferably lives in Mumbai because we get eccentric, throw random events/parties, and you need to physically exist there sometimes.

What you’ll do (or rather, create):

• Build crazy, jaw-dropping designs for campaigns, brand creatives, merchandise, and random weird ideas that pop up.
• Work on the visual identity of a growing brand and make it look bold, aesthetic, and unapologetic.
• Bring emotion, storytelling, and personality into your designs like it’s a movie poster.
• Collaborate with founders who are artistically illogical and creatively unstable
• Experiment with new tools, styles, and AI tricks to create faster, smarter, and wilder.

Non-negotiable qualification:
1 You MUST be able to talk passionately for 5 minutes about something artistic you did outside of academics.
2 Have an Behance profile where your posts are loved, judged, praised, roasted, or at least engaged.
