Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging digital assets that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all digital platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing campaigns, social media trends, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns including social media posts, banners, email newsletters, website graphics, digital ads, landing pages, and more.

● Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to interpret campaign briefs and translate them into effective visual content.

● Maintain consistency of brand identity across all online platforms.

● Develop and optimize creative assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email campaigns.

● Work with copywriters, content strategists, and marketers to produce content that resonates with the target audience.

● Stay up to date with digital design trends and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

● 1+ years of experience designing for digital marketing channels.

● Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms (social media, web, email).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma or similar tools.

● Understanding of performance-based design (CTR, engagement, conversion-focused design).

● Knowledge of social media design specifications (e.g. Facebook/Instagram ads, stories, reels, etc.).

● Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.

#Note: We have currently requirement for Video Editor Intern also (Stipend: 5k to 8k)
