Graphic Designer – Technical & Marketing (Full-Time, Dubai Office)

About the Role:
CTF is looking for a full-time, office-based Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical documents, marketing materials, and brand-specific visuals across all departments.

You will design:

• Product datasheets
• Technical submittals
• Brochures
• Social media posts & campaign visuals
• Internal and external presentations
• Event/exhibition graphics
• Client case studies & project highlight documents
• Layouts for control room project submissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict consistency with the CTF Brand Guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and project teams
• Prepare visually clean and professional technical documentation
• Create digital and print-ready marketing materials
• Support with new product launches and campaigns
• Develop templates that improve internal workflow
• Ensure all design work reflects CTF’s premium, technical identity

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio of modern, clean, technical/corporate design
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong attention to detail and layout structure
• Ability to design technical documents with clarity and precision
• Based in Dubai and willing to work on-site at our office
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or AV/technical fields
• Experience preparing technical submissions for clients
• Expereince in social media design

Work Days:

Office based, 6 days a week, DIP 1

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
