Overall Responsibility:

Creates visual assets for educational content, collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging, multimedia-rich learning experiences. Designs user interfaces, produces graphics, illustrations, and animations, and ensures all assets align with design standards and project timelines.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Develops high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and animations for use in online and offline course materials.
• Design and create user-friendly interfaces for online learning platforms and modules.
• Creates art in accordance with customer requirements and ISD design constraints.
• Revises assets based on feedback from the team and clients to meet project goals.
• Collaborates with team to create and follow style guides.
• Applies new techniques across development teams to increase productivity.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Art, Visual Language, Digital Media, Graphic Design, related degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience developing art work using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a substantial amount of time operating a computer terminal.
• Frequently communicates with clients, team members, etc.
