Job Summary

The successful candidate will be working on multiple projects simultaneously and exposed to many aspects of our industry. This is an onsite-only position in Greenville, SC. No relocation allowance is available for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create graphic content that will assist in advertising our company as well as our clients.
• Schedule and produce numerous pieces of unique social media content to be posted each month.
• Assist our team in creating visually appealing concepts for websites, landing pages, icons, videos, pictures, logos, Facebook ads, Google ads, flyers, sales sheets, etc.
• Lead efforts in shooting and editing photos and videos of office staff, during social events, work-related achievements, major milestones, and overall platform news for social media posts.
• Responsible for managing all Everconvert's social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create graphics for social events such as holidays and company events.
• Actively track and manage a community of fans and influencers. Plan, produce, distribute social content and analyze performance. Share social best practices with management.

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• 2+ years of experience in social media management

Additional Qualities That Are A Plus

• Some web design and development experience
• Any level of experience in photography/videography
• Any level of experience in photo/video editing
• Any level of experience in website development
• Any level of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Any level of experience in Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
• Any level of experience in Facebook/Google Ads

Personal Qualities

• Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, time management skills, and a desire to work independently in a challenging position
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
• Open to receiving & implementing feedback (client and team-based)

Qualifications and Skills

• Profiecient with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Familiarity with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat)
