The Graphic Designer tasks include:
Creative Design and Development:

Design and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and presentations.

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.

Ensure all designs are compliant with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback for design projects.

Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Quality Assurance:

Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.

Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing materials.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, share updates, and align on priorities.

Act as a point of contact for any design-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

3+ years of experience in graphic design in the pharmaceutical industry

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
