The Graphic Designer tasks include:

Creative Design and Development:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all designs are compliant with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback for design projects.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Review and proof all design work to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing materials.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, share updates, and align on priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for any design-related inquiries or issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent creative and visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.


Terms:

  • 12+ month contract
  • 100% remote, must work 8-5 EST
