About Us

For over 34 years, GlyMed+ "The Brand of the Skincare Professional™,” has been an industry leader in professional skincare—providing clinical-grade, highly effective products, cutting-edge education, and solutions that empower licensed professionals and skincare professionals across the globe.

We’re in an exciting growth stage and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, social, and marketing leaders to bring the GlyMed+ brand to life across digital and print.

If you love design, beauty/skincare, and working in a fast-moving environment where your ideas actually get used, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring the GlyMed+ brand to life across all channels. In this role, you’ll craft visually compelling designs for campaigns, product launches, social media, email, web, print, and educational materials. You’ll create scroll-stopping digital assets, refresh existing content, and ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, social media, email, web, print, and education materials.
  • Design for social + digital (reels covers, carousels, ads, stories, banners, thumbnails, etc.) that feel on-brand and scroll-stopping.
  • Evolve and protect the brand by applying and helping refine GlyMed+ brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Refresh and upgrade existing assets—Take what already exists and make it cleaner, clearer, and more effective.
  • Collaborate daily with designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Adapt content across formats (resizing, reformatting, and optimizing assets for different platforms while maintaining quality).
  • Stay current on trends and tools, including AI, and bring fresh ideas, layouts, and techniques to the team.
  • Support asset organization, keeping files, templates, and brand assets organized and easy to find.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (bonus: experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar).
  • Portfolio that shows a strong eye for polished, elevated design.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and turn strategy into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Strong organization and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail—you carefully review your work for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude; you enjoy working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000, based on skills and experience.
