Graphic Designer

About the Role

Kappsoft Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs that support our marketing, branding, and product communication needs. You will collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, ads, presentations, website assets, and other marketing materials.
• Develop brand-consistent visuals, illustrations, layouts, and templates.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media strategists, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Produce both static and motion graphic content as required.
• Support UI/UX team by designing icons, mockups, and UI elements when needed.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare final artwork files for production or online publishing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Ability to create both static and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with social media design, brand guidelines, and marketing creatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Basic video editing and animation capabilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing design requirements (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Ability to illustrate custom graphics is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
