About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools, with the ability to bring ideas to life through compelling design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Design print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, business cards, and standees.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas based on briefs.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools

• Design Tools:
• Canva

• (Optional) Adobe InDesign
• Video Editing:
• Premiere Pro / Filmora / CapCut / After Effects (basic to intermediate)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback and refine designs.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital design best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design and video work (mandatory).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in motion graphics and animations.
• UI/UX design understanding (Figma).
• Photography skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
